Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your pickup time receive a full refund. Please allow 3–14 business days for the refund to reach your account.

Why does REDY2GO want my flight details?

REDY2GO uses your flight information to track your flight and strategically place resources at hand for when you’re REDY2GO. Once your flight has landed and you’ve collected all your bags, you should call our REDY2GO hotline 1300-2-GO-NOW (1300-2-46-669) and advise dispatch that you are in fact REDY2GO . Your Shuttle is then dispatched to collect you and take you to your destination.

How many bags can I take with me?

REDY2GO permits one (1) bag plus one (1) carry-on. If you have additional bags, please inform our office.

Do I need to make an airport shuttle reservation?

Yes, REDY2GO requests that all bookings be pre-booked so as to ensure a service is made available to collect you.

Can I purchase a shuttle ticket at Sydney Airport?

No, REDY2GO is exclusively online, it is always best for peace of mind to make that reservation before flying in.

How do event and concert shuttles work?

Book online and choose your event, pickup point and return time. Your REDY2GO shuttle drops you as close to the venue entrance as we can get, then collects you after the event for the trip home.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. All event and concert transfers must be pre-booked so a seat and vehicle are guaranteed for you. Concert shuttle seats are limited, so we recommend booking early.

Where do you pick up from?

Our concert ShareRide shuttle buses run return services from Sydney CBD. Private cars, people movers and minibuses can collect you from your home, hotel or office.

What if the event runs late or I want to leave early?

Just call our 24/7 team on 1300 2GO NOW and we will move you to an earlier or later service where seats are available.

Yes. REDY2GO has an unmarked, all-black fleet for conferences, roadshows, product launches and VIP guests, so your transport looks professional without drawing attention.

Which vehicle is right for my group?

Accepted Answer

Go by the number of passengers and how much luggage you have. A sedan suits up to 3 people, an SUV up to 4, a people mover up to 7, our Redybus Shuttle up to 13 and a mini coach up to 24. If you're carrying lots of bags, go one size up.

Can I request a specific vehicle?

Accepted Answer

You choose the vehicle class when you book, and we'll send that vehicle class. The exact make and model can vary, but the size, comfort and luggage space will match what you booked.

Do you provide child seats?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Baby capsules, forward-facing child seats and boosters are available on request. Add them when you book so the right seats are fitted before pickup.

What if I have oversized luggage like surfboards or golf clubs?

Let us know when you book. For extra or oversized items we offer an excess baggage service, and for large groups a separate luggage truck.

Can you move a group bigger than 24?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can send several vehicles that travel together, or arrange a private charter for conferences, weddings and events.
