Our people movers seat up to 10 passengers with plenty of legroom and free Wi-Fi — ideal for families, groups, and corporate travellers who want to get some work done, entertain the kids, or just relax on the way to the airport. Prefer something more private? We also offer shared rides, private charter buses, airport limousines, and luxury sedans through our partners at Black Cars.
We provide door-to-door shuttle transfers from Sydney Airport to:
International Terminal 1 – after exiting customs, proceed to shuttle service pick-up zone.
Domestic Terminals 2 & 3 – collect your bags and proceed to the Shuttle Redy2Go pick-up area.
REDY2GO leaves Sydney’s International Terminal, T1 for all downtown hotels every 30 minutes. Please look out for REDY2GO’s Black & Green vans.
Sydney Domestic Terminal (T2) Virgin & Tiger

Ten (10) passengers fit in a standard shuttle, however larger vehicles are available on request.
REDY2GO allows passengers to cancel and reschedule their reservation and use those funds on their next travel within six months of that date, provided they inform our office they won’t be travelling on their originally booked date. Users will then be able to use their reservation number within six months.
Our cancellation policy is 24 hours, If cancelled within the 24 hour time frame, there would be no refund applicable.
If cancelled outside the 24 hour period, a full refund is applicable, however, pleas allow 3-14 business days for the refund to reflect back into your account.
REDY2GO uses your flight information to track your flight and strategically place resources at hand for when you’re REDY2GO. Once your flight has landed and you’ve collected all your bags, you should call our REDY2GO hotline 1300–2–GO-NOW (1300-2-46-669) and advise dispatch that you are in fact REDY2GO . Your Shuttle is then dispatched to collect you and take you to your destination.
REDY2GO permits one (1) bag plus one (1) carry-on. If you have additional bags, please inform our office.
Yes, REDY2GO requests that all bookings be pre-booked so as to ensure a service is made available to collect you.
No, REDY2GO is exclusively online, it is always best for peace of mind to make that reservation before flying in.

1. Collect Your Luggage — Retrieve your bags from the baggage claim at your arrival terminal.
2. Let Us Know You’ve Landed — Once you’re “REDY2GO” with your bags in hand, call our office on 1300-246-669 (or +61 2 9534 0820) so we can confirm your exact pickup point.
3. Head to the Shuttle Bus Pickup Zone — If you’ve booked a shuttle bus, make your way through the carpark, following express & priority pick up signs.
4. Meet Your Driver — Your driver will be waiting at the agreed point. If you haven’t received a text or email with pickup details, call 1300-246-669 and our team will guide you in.
5. Still Need Help? — Any difficulties at all — call 1300-246-669 (+61 2 9534 0820) and a staff member will assist you directly.
From Terminal 1
