White Bay Cruise Terminal sits on James Craig Road in Rozelle, a few kilometres west of the city. There is no long-term parking at or near the terminal, and the short-stay car park only allows a 15-minute stop, so a pre-booked transfer is the easiest way to arrive relaxed with all your luggage.

On cruise days vehicle access is via The Crescent and James Craig Road. GPS often sends drivers to Robert Street in Balmain, but those gates are closed to cars and turn vehicles away. What to know before you sail

Arrive at least an hour early

Port Authority NSW advises arriving at least one hour before departure. Bag drop usually opens around 9am. We'll suggest a pickup time with a buffer for traffic.

Use the right entrance

On cruise days, vehicles enter via The Crescent and James Craig Road, not Robert Street. Pedestrians can still use the Robert Street gate.

Quick drop-off

The drop-off zone outside the terminal allows stops of up to two minutes, so your driver unloads your bags quickly while you head to check-in.

No long-term parking

There is no long-term parking at or near White Bay, and luggage storage isn't available, so a return transfer saves a lot of hassle.

Where will my driver drop me off at White Bay Cruise Terminal?
